Process Integration & Pinch Technology
Pinch analysis establishes the minimum heating and cooling a process needs, then measures how far the current design sits above that floor. We build the composite curves, set utility targets, and design the heat exchanger network back from them. On a retrofit, plot space and the available shutdown window constrain what can be built, so the theoretical target and the practical design are rarely the same number.
Process Safety
Full-stack process safety, from hazard identification through to quantified risk. HAZID and HAZOP facilitation, LOPA, SIL determination and verification, relief and flare system review, and consequence modelling. We also do the preparation that decides whether a study is worth running at all: confirming the P&IDs are current, defining nodes sensibly, and getting the right people in the room for the duration.
Conceptual Design
Process architecture, preliminary PFDs, mass and energy balances, and the equipment list that follows from them. Project costing draws its numbers from this stage, so an error in the balances carries through to the estimate.
Process Simulation & Modeling
We build models for new designs and for plants already in operation. A simulation needs to reconcile against plant operating data before it is used to justify a change.
Feasibility Studies
Before a concept moves to detailed design, three questions need answering: whether the chemistry holds at scale, whether the economics work, and what the risks are. We set that out in a form a board can act on.

Engineering and analytics work runs on one of two models. Which one fits depends on how well defined the problem is when you start.
Fixed price
Delivery accountability sits with us. Right when scope, outcome and success metrics are already clear at the outset.
Managed / co-development
Accountability and ownership shared with your team. Better for discovery work, or where nobody can yet put a reliable estimate on time and resources. A number invented at that stage only gets renegotiated later.
