Dr. Lakshmi is a Chemical Engineer with over thirty-five years of experience in technology development and commercialization. She began her career at Engineers India Limited, later moving to GE Plastics, and subsequently assuming global technology leadership roles at Aspentech, Dow Chemical, and SABIC. She has been instrumental in driving innovation and bringing advanced technologies from concept to market. Her work has been recognized with multiple patents and the Best Technology Award from the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).

For more than two decades, Dr. Lakshmi has been at the forefront of AI implementation across industry sectors, with a strong focus on manufacturing. She has successfully delivered projects in niche and emerging areas, fostering impactful collaborations between industry and academia. As a seasoned leader, she bridges core technology and organizational strategy, with a proven ability to transform futuristic ideas into tangible business value. Her thought leadership continues to influence and inspire innovation across global industries.

Dr. Lakshmi’s work has earned her recognition among the Top 50 Women Scientists in India by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). With more than 20 years in general management and 15 years as CEO, Harish has led organizations across India and Southeast Asia, consistently delivering high performance in dynamic and competitive markets.

Harish’s professional journey spans key leadership roles in Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business operations.
